Welcome 2018!

A Framers Touch– continues to offer my art photography cards. The latest additions are Lighthouse Aglow and Sunny Star. Both are images from Oregon’s beautiful coast. I delight in the story behind the lighthouse image. As I crouched in the weeds on a bank to compose this shot, a woman walking her dog ventured out of her way over to me. CLICK! I captured the image. I then looked at this women and her expression of utter disgust as she scolded, “What’s wrong with you? Everybody knows you don’t shoot photos into the sun!” I gave her a huge smile, winked and said, “You should walk on the wild side sometime.”  She shook her head in even more severe disgust, exclaimed, “Baaah!!” and walked away with her dog.  Such a shame she’ll never capture an image like this.

Coming soon?? I’ve begun conversation with a gallery at the coast that may allow these images to venture back home to the salty air and sound of waves and gulls. More news on that to come.
